My experience of getting a replacement shoulder was brilliant in that the trip for my wife and me was very well organised and every aspect went like clockwork.

All the staff at the Infirmerie Protestante de Lyon were very professional, were able to communicate well in English (which was a concern), were very polite, and very friendly yet very professional.

The hospital was very clean, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. They were even able to look after my wife in the “Hospihotel”.

As someone who has a needle phobia, the process was completely painless, and a great experience !!! I have no hesitation in recommending this service to international patients.
